Op welke manier kan datagedreven werken bijdragen aan meer doelmatigheid en kwaliteit in de langdurige zorg?
摘要
The systematic use of data insights for continuous improvement and informed decision-making can contribute to the efficiency and quality of care and life. However, data-driven health care is relatively new in long-term care. Despite successful examples, the use of data insights is not yet structurally embedded in work and decision-making processes. To take steps in this direction, it is necessary that data-driven working will not be seen as a (technical) project, but instead as a change management and organizational issue. For this, a solid vision of the meaning of data for the organization is important. In addition, attention should be paid to various interrelated elements. The three-step approach of aiming, setting up and executing can be helpful in this.
