It summarizes the most important elements: the United Nations with its Security Council and the evolution of international law. It then describes the collapse of this order, particularly the undermining of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and the self-authorization of military action without a&#xa0;legal basis. In conclusion it identifies today’s “rogue order”.</p>
