Cyber-Operationen in den Kriegen in der Ukraine und im Gazastreifen: Noch keine Revolution der Kriegsführung
摘要
The article analyses the military use of cyber operations in the Russia-Ukraine War and the Gaza War. The analysis of over 360 cyber incidents reveals that both conflicts are characterised by frequent but low-intensity attacks such as DDoS attacks and hack-and-leak campaigns, while high-intensity cyber operations remain rare. The primary impact of these operations lies in intelligence gathering and psychological effects. Military cyber operations are primarily used for reconnaissance and psychological influence.
