Die intersektionale Perspektive auf letale autonome Waffensysteme: Eine Analyse der Diskurse innerhalb der UN-Waffenkonvention
摘要
The UNCCW addresses the regulation of autonomous weapons systems, with a particular focus on technical and legal considerations. Additionally, civil society actors and NGOs are contributing intersectional perspectives. This article examines the extent to which these perspectives are visible in the UN debate. Within the intersectional categories the anchor concepts of gender and race are considered the most. The relevance of NGOs in the overall debate is shown by the extent to which they introduce new topics that tie in with the established discourse.
