Does German feminist foreign policy go beyond gender equality and gender mainstreaming? Is the commitment to a feminist foreign policy reflected at the level of important foreign policy decisions of the German government, i.e. in high politics? The aim of this analysis is to work out the ambivalences and contradictions of a feminist German foreign policy after the “Zeitenwende” on the basis of the ministerial concepts and feminist approaches.
