Friedenssicherung – aber wie? Plädoyer für einen reflektierten Pazifismus
摘要
The essay sheds light on the rising rhetoric and willingness to go to war. It emphasises the fact that engaging in military action has rarely brought stable peace – on the contrary: the defeated usually seek revenge and retribution. In order to break this vicious cycle, the author advocates for a “reflective pacifism” which does not entirely rule out military operations, but gives the highest priority to thoroughly questioning, analysing, understanding and de-escalating international conflicts at an early stage.
