<p>The Siwana Ring Complex (SRC), located in western Rajasthan, India, is a distinctive elliptical to circular geological structure featuring three annular rings. SRC is notable for its Neo-Proterozoic Malani Igneous Suite (MIS) of bimodal igneous rocks. The SRC’s unique geological and mineralogical characteristics, including the presence of reported high-pressure minerals such as stishovite and coesite, underline its global scientific importance, particularly regarding the Pan-African orogeny. The enrichment of alkali, uranium, thorium, and silver mineralization, along with rare earth elements (REE) in the Igneous Type Georesources (ITG) of the SRC, underscores its economic importance. Consequently, the ITG of the SRC displays remarkable global geodiversity, constituting important stratotype sections in India. Notable geosites within the SRC, such as Rakhi, Phulan, and Dantala, embody significant geoheritage elements important for education and tourism but face threats from natural erosion and human activities. To safeguard these sites and promote sustainable development, the establishment of a Geopark is proposed to conserve the significant geoheritage of SRC while fostering local economic benefits through geotourism.</p>
