<p>The paper examines the partnership between Minds and Machines to explore human-robot collaboration (HRC) within organizations through a qualitative focus group discussion approach. It discusses the outcomes of human-robot collaboration within organisational structures, exploring the evolving dynamics between humans and robots as they achieve teamwork through their collaborations. Key concepts examined in this article include the integration of robotic systems in workflows, the benefits of collaboration for productivity and innovation, and the implications for future organizational structures. The study employed focus group discussions to gather rich insights on these topics. The findings highlight the potential of human-robot partnerships to revolutionise work processes, redefine roles, and drive competitive advantages across various industries. Four key Business Process Management (BPM) scenarios in managing HRC emerged from the focus group discussions which are Machine-Empowered Decision, Human-Machine Empowered Decision, Human Empowered Decision, and Human Machine Empowered Action. These four scenarios provide valuable insights into how organisations can accommodate HRC in their tasks and responsibilities in the context of empowering decision-making and action.</p>
