<p>Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) has a high recurrence rate, typically within 2&#xa0;years after surgical radical resection. Pancreatic metastasis from HCC is extremely rare. We present the first case of pancreatic metastasis from HCC recurring 17&#xa0;years after radical hepatic lobectomy.</p>
