Dermatoskopie bei entzündlichen Dermatosen
摘要
The classical application of dermoscopy is the differentiation and correct classification of various benign and malignant skin neoplasms (melanocytic and nonmelanocytic). Numerous additional indications have emerged over the last decade. Following this, dermoscopy is nowadays also routinely used in general dermatology, i.e., for nonneoplastic dermatoses. One of the first indications was its use in inflammatory dermatoses (inflammoscopy). Dermoscopically, a valid differentiation of different inflammatory diseases is easily possible. Furthermore, it can also provide valuable information for the early assessment of treatment response.
