摘要

The clinical study compares two topical treatment methods—35% trichloroacetic acid (TCA; group A) and cryotherapy with norflurane (group B)—for warts in children and adolescents. A total of 41 warts were treated in 9 study participants. The statistical analysis showed that cryotherapy with norflurane (Hydrozid® spray, BIBAWO Medical, Birkerød, Denmark) was more effective than TCA 35%, but with a greater pain profile (4/10) than TCA (0/10).
