Frontale fibrosierende Alopezie
摘要
Frontal fibrosing alopecia is an inflammatory scalp disease of unknown cause. Histologically, there is fibrosing atrophy of the frontal scalp (and eyebrows) as in lichen planopilaris (planus). Therapeutically, all anti-inflammatory treatment options are used with more or less success; the disease usually stops on its own. Early detection is important to prevent visible hair loss.
