Therapie-Update zur atopischen Dermatitis
摘要
Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common, chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by a complex pathogenesis, clinical heterogeneity, and relapsing course. In particular, the treatment of moderate to severe forms of the disease is a challenge that has so far been further complicated by a limited range of treatment options. The development of new targeted systemic therapies has significantly expanded and improved treatment options. These innovations, supported by evidence-based results from clinical trials, signal a paradigm shift in the treatment of AD. This review provides an overview of practice-relevant advances, including key trial results regarding the efficacy and safety of innovative systemic therapies for AD.
