Aspekte des Datenschutzes in der sozialen Beratung im Gesundheitswesen
摘要
There is no uniform data protection law for social work; depending on the provider and institution, the work may be based on different legal foundations. For social work, in addition to the obligation to comply with the data protection measures applicable to comparable professions, it is essential to also consider data protection as a concrete embodiment of the fundamental right to informational self-determination as a subject of consultation. This is particularly important and necessary in light of the ongoing structural deficits and contradictions in the healthcare landscape, in order to protect patients from being overwhelmed and to support them in exercising their rights.
