mRNA-Impfungen gegen Krebs
摘要
mRNA vaccines have ushered in a new era of medicine, characterized by their short development times, ease of scalability, and high efficacy and safety, as demonstrated during the COVID-19 pandemic. Cancer mRNA vaccines are considered a promising breakthrough in personalized cancer treatment. This technology utilizes tailored mRNA sequences to activate the immune system to combat tumor cells, often in combination with established therapies such as checkpoint inhibitors. Currently, several mRNA-based cancer vaccines are undergoing advanced clinical trials, with initial regulatory approvals anticipated in the coming years.
