Bildgebung in der Neuro-Onkologie
摘要
Imaging plays a pivotal role in the management of oncologic diseases of the central nervous system. However, there are currently only a few standards for imaging to be implemented in daily clinical practice, which may result in suboptimal utilization of the resulting examinations. This review provides recommendations on the timing and technical requirements of various imaging modalities in neuro-oncology. Typical clinical scenarios from initial presentation with differential diagnosis, preoperative imaging, radiation planning, and response assessment are discussed.
