<p>Azole prophylaxis is the standard of care for Acute Myeloid Leukemia patients receiving both intensive and non intensive regimens. Voriconazole use is commonly associated with photopsia and hepatotoxicity but skin lesions are missed inadvertently in the clinic. Photoaggravated bullous dermatoses reported with voriconazole is usually mitigated by sun protection measures but once progressive and debilitating discontinuation of the drug is warranted as highlighted by the index case.</p>
