Measurable Residual Disease-Guided Chemotherapy and Transplant-Free Survival in Adult T-ALL -A Single-Centre Experience from North India
摘要
This retrospective single-centre study investigates the transplant-free survival (TFS) and treatment response in patients with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (T-ALL). Thirty-three patients diagnosed with T-ALL were evaluated for demographic variables, response to induction chemotherapy, measurable residual disease (MRD), relapse rates and long-term survival without hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. MRD < 0.01% post-induction correlated significantly with superior TFS (p = 0.031). Age and sex were not significantly associated with survival. The findings underscore the prognostic value of MRD and early treatment response in guiding T-ALL management without necessitating transplantation under vigilance.
