Primäre Kopfschmerzen als Gesichtsschmerzen
摘要
Primary headache disorders manifesting as facial pain is a rare phenomenon. The disease entities are largely unknown, although there is enough clinical and scientific evidence to allow diagnostic criteria to be formulated for orofacial migraine and orofacial cluster headache. Recognition of these facial pain disorders helps to spare patients unnecessary diagnostic procedures and sometimes invasive (also dental) treatment and pave the way for treatment based on recommendations for primary headache disorders.
