Kontrollierte VeA-Kernlokalisierung steuert Schimmelpilzentwicklung
摘要
Velvet domain protein transcription factors form hetero- or trimeric complexes to coordinate fungal development and link it to the corresponding secondary metabolism. Nuclear VeA localization is dynamically controlled by its NLS and NES to adjust the ratio of asexual or sexual Aspergillus nidulans development. Coordinated nuclear import/export and VeA protein stability control is essential to coordinate fungal development pathways to appropriate secondary metabolite production.
