摘要

The in vitro Transgenic Rodent Assay (TGRA) using metabolically competent primary MutaMouse hepatocytes represents a novel method for detecting gene mutations. Combining this assay with next generation sequencing enables sensitive quantification and mechanistic characterization of induced mutations. The approach enhances predictivity toward in vivo outcomes and may support the reduction of animal testing.
