This dual-action strategy enhances loss-of-function effects, accelerates gene depletion, and reduces variability among sgRNAs compared to standard CRISPRko or CRISPRi approaches. CRISPRgenee expands the capabilities for high-resolution genetic screens, particularly in challenging targets.</p>
