Wirkung von Umweltstress auf aquatische mikrobielle Gemeinschaften
摘要
We investigated the response of benthic and pelagic microbial communities to short-term temperature and salt stress in a controlled mesocosm. Pelagic communities shifted strongly under salt and combined stress and recovered slowly, while benthic prokaryotes remained stable and eukaryotes showed delayed stress responses. These findings highlight habitat-dependent resilience and inform predictions of microbial ecosystem responses to environmental change.
