摘要

3D bioprinting enables the creation of human organ models with high physiological relevance. We present a perfusable liver model fabricated via sacrificial-free direct ink writing (SF-DIW), allowing one-step printing of hollow vascular networks without fugitive materials. After endothelialization and connection to a perfusion system, the model maintained high viability and supported cancer drug testing, offering a human-relevant alternative to animal studies.
