Wie Medikamente das Darmmikrobiom beeinflussen
摘要
The human gut microbiome plays a central role in health, sitting at the interface of host genetics, immunity, and nutrition while constantly interacting with the environment. Despite its resilience, it is vulnerable to disruption by exogenous compounds, including drugs. Such disturbances can affect the host: increasing susceptibility to infections and causing immune, metabolic, and cognitive dysfunctions.
