摘要

Cell surface receptors play an intricate role in signaling networks, sensing extracellular stimuli to be translated in intracellularly. Canonical pathways are well-described, yet layers of complexity are added by the multifunctionality introduced through receptor crosstalk. In order to understand mutual influence, chemical biology probes are described for self-labelling enzymes, to visualize and quantify clinically relevant, (co-)internalized receptor pools by high throughput imaging.
