Genomic research needs faster and streamlined DNA prep workflows that deliver high quality libraries from a variety of sample types. To answer this need, the NEBNext UltraExpress™ DNA Library Prep Kits (New England Biolabs) has been developed with straightforward protocols and streamlined workflows. This article describes the automation of the new NEBNext UltraExpress™ FS DNA Library Prep Kit with the all-in-one liquid-handling platform firefly® (SPT Labtech). The result of the robust library yields over a wide input range are shown.
