Molecular Pharming–Produktion von Biopharmazeutika in Pflanzen
摘要
The moss Physcomitrella is a promising production platform for green biopharmaceuticals. To further increase production yields of this platform, we identified terminator sequences to be used in future applications. In addition, we investigated which attributes make a terminator a good choice for biomanufacturing. Overall, our results improve plant-based biotechnology platforms and further our understanding of how terminators influence gene expression in plants in general.
