The purification of antibodies from cell cultures is a crucial step in the technical production of high-quality antibodies for medical, diagnostic and biotechnological applications. Miniaturized chromatographic columns (“RoboColumns”) are used to develop efficient chromatographic purification methods. The automation of the entire process using a RoboColumn Unit in combination with a liquid handling platform enables an increase in the efficiency of the development process of the purification procedures.
