CEUS-Guided Microwave Ablation for Post-Biopsy Liver Rupture: Case Report
摘要
Ultrasound-guided liver puncture is a minimally invasive diagnostic procedure typically performed under local anesthesia, with a low incidence of complications. Liver rupture is a rare but life-threatening complication. We report a rare case of liver capsule laceration and hemorrhagic rupture caused by liver puncture, which was rapidly and successfully managed using contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) combined with microwave ablation (MWA) for hemostasis.
