摘要

Granulosa cell tumors (GCTs) are sex cord stromal tumors of ovarian origin. Rarely do they present as extra-ovarian manifestations. We report a case of a young female who presented with a supraumbilical midline abdominal wall lump suspected to be a desmoid tumor. Histopathological examination confirmed it to be a granulosa cell sex cord stromal tumor treated with surgical excision. This emphasizes the need of histopathological investigation in soft tissue tumors and consideration of rare differential diagnosis.
