<p>Urinary incontinence is involuntary leakage of urine. The incidence of which is increasing because of increased life expectancy globally particularly in females with a severe impact on the quality of life. The present available conservative modalities have temporary effects and (complete) cure is not always possible. The effectiveness of surgical interventions diminish with time with recurrence of symptoms.The present innovation relates to a sanitary undergarment with an integrated urine storage system, designed to provide a reusable, discrete, and cost-effective alternative to traditional urinary management solutions. This undergarment features a funnel-in-funnel system that enables urine collection and controlled disposal through a simple gravity-based backflow prevention mechanism. At present, the sanitary undergarment remains in the prototype stage. Following patent approval, the product will be developed for broader clinical and commercial application.</p>

摘要
