<p>Variants of bladder exstrophy are rare. They are even rarer when associated with intact&#xa0;penis and penile urethra. They are easier to manage and associated with favourable&#xa0;prognosis than the classical bladder exstrophy due to intact bladder neck and urethra.&#xa0;We report an eleven-month male patient with an exposed urinary bladder with intact&#xa0;penis and penile urethra however, with partial stricture of posterior urethra that was&#xa0;amendable to urethral dilatation. There have been only few previous case reports of&#xa0;this variant of exstrophy.</p>
