Cloud Sign in Well-differentiated Hepatocellular Carcinoma
摘要
‘Cloud sign’ refers to the central hyper intensity with peripheral hypo-intense rim observed in the hepatobiliary phase of CE-MRI. Although more common in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, it cannot exclude the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Enhancement characteristics on other phases and ancillary imaging findings combined with specific tumour markers help differentiate the lesions with cloud sign. Here we report a case of well-differentiated HCC demonstrating ‘Cloud sign’.
