<p>To evaluate the clinical efficacy of artificial dermis combined with negative-pressure closed-drainage technique and autologous split-thickness skin grafting in repairing soft tissue defects. A case series Analysis was conducted using the clinical data from 26 patients with traumatic soft tissue defects. Patients underwent co-transplantation of artificial dermis and autologous split-thickness skin grafts. Baseline characteristics, diagnostic and treatment data, and outcomes were recorded. Viable thick skin grafts were observed in all 26 patients. Of these, 24 patients achieved complete healing after a single grafting procedure, whereas two patients required additional debridement and grafting for residual small wounds. After a follow-up period of 9.96 ± 4.11&#xa0;months, grafts remained well-integrated in situ<i>,</i> with satisfactory cosmetic outcomes. The combined use of artificial dermis, negative-pressure closed-drainage technique, and autologous split-thickness skin grafting represents an effective and straightforward approach for repairing traumatic soft tissue defects.</p>
