Ganglion Cyst Arising from the Elbow Causing Wrist Drop
摘要
A 31-year-old man presented with progressive inability to extend his right wrist for 1 week and weakness in the right wrist and finger extensors. Ultrasound (US) identified a cystic nodule compressing the posterior interosseous nerve (PIN). Surgical excision of this jelly-filled ganglion cyst cured the condition.
