<p>An interesting case of a lady who presented to us with non-specific symptoms, without any known history or co-morbidities, and without any evidence of immunocompromised state. The patient was however anemic and had hypoalbuminemia. Despite extensive investigations, the cause of these abnormalities was not identified until a GI biopsy ultimately revealed gastric and duodenal strongyloidiasis.</p>

An interesting case of a lady who presented to us with non-specific symptoms, without any known history or co-morbidities, and without any evidence of immunocompromised state.
