<p>A 58-year-old lady presented with a firm lobulated, painless mass 8 × 5&#xa0;cm in the right axilla somewhat adherent to the skin. A core needle biopsy confirmed a benign phyllodes tumor which was treated by wide excision of the axilla along with overlying skin which was covered with lattismus dorsi myocutaneous flap. The right breast was spared as determined by imaging.</p>
