Cortical Nephrocalcinosis on X-Ray Whole Abdomen
摘要
Intra-renal calcifications may occur in renal parenchyma or in the collecting system. Nephrocalcinosis refers to the widespread deposition of calcium in the renal parenchyma and tubules with medullary nephrocalcinosis being more common than the cortical type. We report a 24-year-old female whose X-ray abdomen showed a very rare finding of cortical nephrocalcinosis.
