摘要

To reduce the water pollution area on the side windows of medium and large commercial vehicles during rain and improve their safety performance, this paper takes a certain medium and large commercial vehicle as the research object. The vehicle dynamics model and side window rainwater pollution simulation model are established using STAR CCM + and AVL-Preonlab, respectively. Based on the Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics (SPH) theory, the side window water pollution is simulated. The A-pillar and rearview mirror are the main optimization targets. By using a combination of quadratic regression orthogonal design and surface response analysis, the optimal values for the A-pillar and rearview mirror are determined and combined. After the combined optimization, the liquid film thickness in the key vision area of the side window decreased by 75.3%, and the proportion of wet wall area in the key region decreased by 46%.
