Study on Active Control and Evaluation Methods for In-Vehicle Sound Quality of EV Under Driving at a Constant Speed

To solve the problem of low feeling of power and comfort and sharp sound in vehicle due to motor noise when EV is driving at constant speed, this article takes an A-class pure electric SUV as the research object and proposes an active control and proposes an active sound generation system (ASGS) and evaluation method for the interior sound quality of the EV. The first step is to complete the extraction and synthesis of in-vehicle engine order sound, and verify the fitting accuracy of the engine order sound. The second step is to set the goal of ASGS when driving at constant speed and develop the control method of it. The third step is to develop the control software of the ASGS and establish the modular software control program structure and system program workflow method. Finally, under the static condition of the real vehicle, the sound amplitude of the ASGS under constant driving condition is verified and evaluated. The objective results show that the total value of the sound inside the vehicle meets the requirements of the target value at each speed, and the sharpness of the sound inside the vehicle is reduced by 0.52acum when the ASGS is working.
