Zeuxine strateumatica in South America, the soldier orchid arrived in Argentina

Zeuxine strateumatica, a species native to Asia and Oceania, is reported for the first time in northwestern Argentina. This report represents the southernmost record for the species globally. We provide a morphological description, ecological notes, and photographs of this species.
