Degumming of Yuli Apocynum Fibers Using Hydrogen Peroxide and Biocatalysts Besides Factory Pilot Evaluation
摘要
To achieve environmentally friendly and efficient degumming of apocynum, the method of using hydrogen peroxide and composite biocatalyst bath was adopted. Firstly, the preferred enzyme L1 (composite biological enzyme) was selected, and then the method of chemical-biological combined degumming and two-step enzyme degumming was used to enhance its degumming effect. And pilot-scale testing was conducted at the factory. The test results show that by optimizing the use of chemical-biological combined degumming and two-step enzyme degumming, the whiteness of apocynum has increased by about 9%, reaching 78.3%. The effect of the test sample FS2 (factory pilot scale test2) is better than FS1 (factory pilot scale test1). Compared with the laboratory samples (L1L4), the whiteness of the FS2 sample decreased by 15.64%, but the single fiber strength increased by 32.4%. Analysis of pollution indicators, the wastewater pollution (chemical oxygen demand) generated by the two-step enzyme degumming process is only 0.1–0.3 times that of traditional degumming process.
