摘要

In the 1980s, S. Webster (Webster in J Diff Geom 20: 463–470, 1984; Webster: On the relation between Chern and Pontrjagin numbers. In: Contemporary Math, American Mathematical Society, Providence, RI, 1986) founded two beautiful formulae, which involve the geometry and topology of minimal surfaces in a Kähler surface. Later, J.G. Wolfson (Wolfson in J Diff Geom 29:281–294 , 1989) gave some deep applications of these formulae in the theory of minimal surfaces. In this paper we develop the theory of S. Webster and J.G. Wolfson to the Chern-minimal surfaces in a Hermitian surface.
