Dynamics of a ricker type predator–prey model

摘要

This paper investigates a discrete-time predator–prey model using the Ricker population model and Holling type II functional response. The main objective of the study is to analyze the existence and stability of equilibria in the system. Numerical simulations were conducted to determine the system’s dynamics, which were found to be highly complex and dependent on the chosen parameters. The results of the simulations revealed that the system exhibited rich and varied patterns. Additionally, bifurcation diagrams were presented to provide a visual representation of the system’s behavior. The findings of this study contribute to our understanding of predator–prey relationships and may have implications for the management and conservation of natural populations.
