Analysis of effects on parameters of super-plastic forming process using computer simulation
摘要
The characteristics of superplastic materials are dominated by the temperature and strain rate during the forming process, and these process variables have a great influence on the pressure and forming time. The stress-strain diagram, which is mainly used for superplastic forming analysis, is analyzed according to rule of the power law, but it has limitations because it does not reflect the increase in flow stress due to the increase in grain size during high-temperature forming. In addition, some studies do not reflect models such as friction coefficient and shape during process analysis, resulting in inaccurate analysis results. In this study, among these various process variables, pressure and time curves according to temperature and strain rate were compared and analyzed. In addition, we fixed the friction coefficient to 0.3 and analyzed the effect of geometry to investigate the effects of process factors on pressure and time.
