摘要

Ultrasonic vibration systems are widely used in the field of material processing, their performance and stability are crucial for practical applications. The effect of force load on the output amplitude of ultrasonic vibration systems directly impacts the system’s efficiency and stability. This study aims to explore the influence of force load on output amplitude during processing. Firstly, an electromechanical equivalent model of the ultrasonic vibration system under force load was established to determine the key parameters in the output amplitude model. Subsequently, the electromechanical conversion process of the ultrasonic vibration system was studied, and a model of the system’s output amplitude under force load was developed. Finally, parameters of the equivalent model were determined through ultrasonic cutting load simulation experiments, and the output amplitude model was validated. The experimental results indicate that the effect of force load on the system’s equivalent circuit is mainly reflected in the dynamic resistance R1, and the established amplitude model shows a high degree of agreement with the experimental values, verifying the model’s accuracy. This study provides important guidance for optimizing the design of ultrasonic vibration systems, improving their performance and stability, and advancing the development of ultrasonic technology in practical applications.
