Dynamical analysis and optimal control of a stochastic SIR-SI-B model for leptospirosis
摘要
A stochastic SIR-SI-B model of leptospirosis disease incorporating host-vector-environment interactions is formulated and investigated. We derive the threshold for the stationary distribution of the infectious disease and validate the obtained conclusion via numerical simulations. Moreover, in light of the practical circumstances of disease prevention and control, a stochastic optimal control model is constructed to explore the impacts of specific control measures on the system and the influence of different weighting values on control effectiveness.
