Quasi-uniform stability for fractional-order fuzzy neural networks with uncertain proportional delay

This paper investigates the quasi-uniform stability for fractional-order fuzzy neural networks with uncertain proportional delay. By some analytical techniques, we explore a Henry-type Gronwall integral inequality (HtGII) with proportional delay which is a generalization of known result. With this inequality and the Leray–Schauder fixed point theorem, we prove the existence and uniqueness of solution to the discussed system. Meanwhile, we derive a new quasi-uniform stability condition which can be easily calculated. In particular, this condition can provide the expression for the supremum of settling time. Ultimately, we supply two examples to exhibit the effectiveness of the obtained stability condition.
