摘要

Artificial intelligence (AI) technology adoption in workplaces affects employee perceptions and behaviors. This study examines how AI adoption influences cybersecurity behavior and investigates the roles of job insecurity, job stress, and corporate ethics in this relationship. We tested a moderated mediation model using data from 405 employees across South Korean firms collected through a four-wave time-lagged survey. Results show that AI adoption indirectly affects cybersecurity behavior through the sequential mediation of job insecurity and job stress. Corporate ethics moderates this relationship by reducing the negative effect of AI adoption on job insecurity. These findings contribute to understanding the psychological mechanisms linking AI adoption to cybersecurity behavior and highlight the importance of ethical practices during technological transitions. The study provides insights for organizations seeking to implement AI while maintaining employee well-being and security compliance.
